Jessica Kuchan

Jessica C. Kuchan assists clients with the management, acquisition, transfer and adjudication of water rights. She represents a variety of clients, including non-profits, local government and private entities in Washington State. Prior to law school, Ms. Kuchan was an environmental scientist with the King County Department of Natural Resources. Ms. Kuchan has been featured as a co-chair and speaker at water law conferences throughout Washington state. She is a board member and past president of the American Water Resources Association, Washington Section. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Gonzaga University and earned her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.
